Pier House

We had a wonderful stay here! The room was spacious, and I absolutely loved the interior design—so many clever ideas that I might use in my own home someday. The quality of the bed linen and towels was excellent, and the bathtub was definitely a highlight. In the morning, the view of the pier was stunning. The host was very kind, and the information leaflet in the room was super helpful, with recommendations for local restaurants and even a taxi service number. A few things to keep in mind before booking (as some previous reviews mentioned): 1. It’s cash only, so plan accordingly. 2. The nearest supermarket is around 30-minute walk away. In winter, when it gets dark early, this is something to consider. If you’re on a tour, it’s a good idea to ask the driver to stop by a supermarket before heading back. 3. Guests are expected to wash their own dishes. 4. Breakfast options are limited in terms of protein (cheese is the only option), so if you’re looking for a more filling meal, you might want to prepare your own or pick up some groceries in advance. The property does provide a toaster and a microwave, which is great. Overall, it’s a lovely place with thoughtful design and stunning views—just make sure to plan ahead!

Excellent place to stay in Skye (just look at the view) and is more apartment-like than a traditional hotel. Bed was super comfortable and the bathroom has a huge bathtub. Room was clean with modern, welcoming decor. Breakfast is more of a do it yourself affair (but with a good amount of stuff provided) rather than a provided lounge type thing. Accommodating to requests (my wife is gluten free) and Iain was super friendly, 100% would stay here on our next visit!

Very new, modern, well equipped. We could of stayed here for longer if we had more time. We'll located, easy access, parking close. Amazing huge bath for two, especially after a long day of walking, hiking and climbing!

This place is stunning, brilliantly designed and super cozy! The co op is about 10 minutes or so by foot, if you need some groceries. No down sides to report. It's the most spoiled that I felt during our Scotland visit. Highly recommend.

This hotel was absolutely stunning. The bed and pillows were like sleeping in a cloud. The view was amazing. Loved waking to that everyday. Also the best shower ever. In addition to the accommodations, Iain was a fantastic host. Very helpful so kind. I would love to stay here again. Highly recommend this location.

What a great experience we had. 2 nights as part of our Rabbie's tour. The place has been beautifully renovated with lots of attention to detail. Lovely room with a well stocked fridge. Great view of the pier. Nice little walking path into town. Very friendly helpful hosts. Would definitely stay again.

We were lucky enough to stay in the Pier House during our Rabbies tour (booked by Rabbies) and we can’t wait to be back! The accommodations were very clean and comfortable, and we loved the design and large rooms. The tub and shower were also luxurious. We also appreciated the kitchenette and provided snacks and light breakfast. The hosts were also very helpful and lovely, and the view from the room was stunning.

Great room, nice touches with the stocked fridge (breakfast items), gorgeous view and amazing bathroom.
